Vendor Booth
Includes one 8' table with skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a sign with your company's name. All booths are pipe and drape and are located inside the main hall. Booth locations are assigned on a first pay, first serve basis and multiple booths may be purchased. Two meal coupons for the on‐site caterer are also included. Electricity is included. There will be a power strip shared by up to four booths and on a shared circuit. Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.
Outside Booth
Perfect for a production truck, vehicle, or pyrotechnics. We section off a large part of the parking lot immediately in front of the convention center. This is the only place attendees will enter and exit. It is a great location for production vehicles and incredibly accessible!
Event Bag Insert
Place your branded giveaway, business card, freelance equipment/services list, movie postcard, headshot/resume, coupon, gift certificate or other item in up to 500 event bags given to every TPE attendee. Use the form below to reserve your spot in the TPE Event Bag and bring your items to the Grapevine Convention Center on load-in day no later than Noon.

Be listed as Key sponsor and get a free booth. Subject to availability. Receive event attendee information (e‐mails, etc.). Logo will remain visible on the TPE website and DPA website for 1 year. Sponsor will be verbally acknowledged at all regular DPA meetings for 1 year. Printed materials are subject to timing and must be purchased 30 days in advance of the show.

Production Truck/Vehicle/Outdoor Booth

It is a great location for production vehicles and incredibly accessible! Electricity is limited and shared. You must bring your own extension cables or generators to get power. Refunds available if it rains.
Event Bag Insert
Place your branded giveaway, business car, flyer, postcard, equipment/service list, resume, coupon, gift certificate or other item in up to 500 event bags given to every TPE attendee. Items must be dropped on at the convention center no later than Noon on load-in day. Special arrangements for prior shipping can be provided ahead of time.
